We are looking for an experienced Senior Auditor – Hospital Pharmacy with strong exposure to hospital pharmacy operations and audit processes. The role demands deep analytical capability, operational understanding, and leadership skills to ensure compliance, control leakages, and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Proven experience in conducting comprehensive pharmacy audits, preferably in a hospital setting
- Strong expertise in identifying pilferage, stock mismatches, and revenue leakages
- Ability to assess process compliance, identify operational gaps, and recommend corrective solutions
- Sound understanding of pharmacy workflows, expiry management, and consumption trends
- Excellent skills in audit reporting, documentation, and operational oversight
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to lead and guide a team of pharmacists during audits, including role definition
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
