Our Journey
The Genesis of a Vision
Mr. Amrendra Nath Sinha began his career in the pharmaceutical sector after completing his degree in Ayurveda. In 1991, he embarked on a journey that would see him achieve remarkable success in the pharma industry. His deep understanding of medicine and his innovative approach quickly propelled him to new heights.
By 2009, with 19 years of experience, Mr. Sinha recognized a critical opportunity to transform hospital pharmacy management. Driven by his vision and expertise, he established a company dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of pharmaceutical services within hospital settings. His innovative strategies and commitment to quality set the foundation for the company’s success, which began to thrive under his leadership.
2013
Transition to New Leadership
As Mr. Sinha's company continued to grow and innovate, he planned for its future by passing the leadership to the next generation. Dr. Abhishek Kumar, an accomplished orthopaedic surgeon, took over the reins. Dr. Kumar’s extensive medical background and dedication to improving patient care made him an ideal leader for the company’s next phase.
Supporting Dr. Kumar was Dr. Divya, a talented professional whose skills and vision complemented the new leadership. Together, they were tasked with expanding and evolving the company’s operations while maintaining its core values and standards.
2014

In 2021, under the new leadership of Dr. Kumar and Dr. Divya, the company embarked on an ambitious expansion into hospital lab management. This strategic move aimed to integrate laboratory services with the existing pharmacy management operations, creating a more comprehensive approach to healthcare.

By April 2024, the organization achieved a significant milestone: it was officially registered as a private limited firm. This formal recognition provided a solid legal and financial framework to support the company’s growth and expansion.
